Who are we?

✔️ We are a domiciliary home care provider registered under the CQC operating in Wiltshire.

✔️ At C&S we aim to provide a home-based friendly and caring service where the clients are listened to and valued. Our Values are based on person centred care, respect, dignity and the maintenance of the individual’s independence. The user’s equality, diversity and human rights will be upheld at all times.

✔️ C&S is dedicated to providing a superior level of care that is intended to enhance the quality of life of both the client and the entire workforce of C&S. We are based in picturesque Town of Trowbridge in the South West, 12 miles from the City of Bath; approximately 25 miles from Bristol.

✔️We are committed to providing Social Care and support services that are tailored to the client’s needs and is within their means. Doing this will enable the client to remain in their own homes and maintain an independent life as long as possible. Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times. With regards to vulnerable individuals; health and safety will be paramount, as we aim to push the safety and well fare button to the top.

✔️ We have an office at The Elevate Hub, Castle Street, right in the heart of Trowbridge. C&S Makenston was established in 2014 by an ex Nurse/Midwife who recognised the need for a high quality, client focused provision in our community.
